Where is Helix Health located?

Our providers are located across the country, but all sessions with doctors and coaches are conducted remotely via Zoom for your convenience. Helix partners with 3rd party labs such as LabCorp across the country so testing can be completed close to your address.

Where do I get the testing done?

Tests such as bloodwork can be completed at the nearest LabCorp to your home address. Other tests, such as DNA and epigenetic tests, are mailed directly to your home address for your convenience.

What is personalized medicine?

Personalized medicine is the future of advanced healthcare. Typical healthcare in America is not centered around preventing disease or illness, but rather reacting to them. Personalized medicine leverages patient DNA and advanced testing to develop health plans designed to prevent disease and slow aging.

What type of services does Helix Health provide?

Helix Health sequences patient DNA and provides dozens of advanced health exams to understand your current health profile. You will then work with your own dedicated doctor and wellness team to review results, build a nutrition plan based on your body, build a fitness plan based on your lifestyle and interests, and monitor your progress to make adjustments on your path to optimal health.

How are Helix Health services different from my primary care doctor?

Your primary care physician will only order basic bloodwork and physicals that don't provide a deep insight into your overall health or aging. Primary care doctors are also not typically trained in nutrition, fitness, or advanced longevity medicine, and thus the advice provided is limited. Helix Health is designed to be a complement to your current medical providers, focused more on preventative care and longevity.

What are the credentials of the Helix Health providers?

When you become a member of Helix Health, you'll be assigned your very own dedicated longevity doctor. All our doctors are board certified physicians with special training in longevity care. You will additionally have access to experts in fitness, nutrition, and general wellness to ensure holistic support to help you thrive.

Does Helix Health take insurance?

Helix Health does not take medical insurance. Instead our members pay out-of-pocket, or use HSA/FSA funds.

Does Helix Health accept HSA/FSA funds?

We've confirmed that you can use HSA/FSA funds for some exams ordered by your longevity doctor. Whether you can use HSA/FSA funds for your Helix Health membership depends on your plan, we recommend contacting your provider to learn more.

Can I cancel my membership?

Initial membership comes with a 12 month commitment to ensure our providers have enough time to build a full health profile, order and analyze exams, and observe progress to make adjustments to your health plan and achieve optimal results. After the initial 12 months, members pay month to month and can cancel any time.
